From 2008 to 2020, I worked as a customer service agent and ground service equipment operator at Emirates Airlines. During my time there, I gained valuable experience in handling customer inquiries, managing baggage services, and ensuring efficient cargo operations. Additionally, I worked as a meet and greet agent, which allowed me to develop strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Unfortunately, I lost my job due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but I have since been employed as an equipment operator with Qatar Airways. My experience in this role has further honed my skills in equipment management and operation.
As for my qualifications, I have completed my HSC and possess a valid driving license for both Dubai and Qatar. My proficiency in multiple languages including English, Arabic, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, and Chinese has also proven to be an asset in my previous roles.
